Sport Hotel Hermitage & Spa

My husband and I spent some of our honeymoon here in November. It truly was absolutely spectacular!!! We never even heard of Andorra until our travel agent told us and I am so beyond happy we got to explore this beautiful country! The hotel was absolutely stunning, clean, and had amazing food & drinks! Since we came in November before the ski season starts, it was pretty quiet (we loved this haha). I forget the 2 men’s names (bellhops) that we interacted with but they were wonderful! Since they were quiet they drove us to the trails we hiked at and other activities. Samantha at the restaurant was AMAZING!!!!! We loved her so much. After talking with her at the bar we told her it was our honeymoon and she surprised us the next day by getting rose petals, champagne & treats in our room with a lovely note. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!!!! We’re hoping to make our way back here for some snowboarding in the future. Much love from New Jersey!

The worst valet service I've ever seen!!!! Don't ever visit by car if you don't want your car damaged!!! We gave our keys to valet and he wasn't even able to charge the car, and the worst, he scratched the car and left it unlocked!!! Dear hotel, please fire that valet guy immediately! And the AC wasn't working as well 😃😃, so in the summer enjoy the 27 degrees sleep.

It’s been our second time staying here, and will be our last. We’ve been staying here for 5 nights and it has been a complete disappointment, terrible service, overpriced, chaotic and loud spa. The reception has been forgetful, not attentive, and rude, we couldn’t escape the feeling like we were a burden and the staff was doing us a favor for even talking to us. The food experience has also been disappointing, extremely overpriced wine and food, and we have been lied to in our bills (but that was sorted). Upon check out we waited for 20 mins for our bags to be taken down and even still we had to go down again to ask a third time because the reception wasn’t picking up. Upon check out the staff has made yet another mistake with the bill statements and did not check bank transfer information ahead of time causing us to be late even further. This was not a 5 star experience at all, not worth the price, leaving a very bitter taste.
