Sport Village Hotel & Spa

We had the most wonderful time here and will definitely be trying to return! The staff was so helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable! The breakfast was a wide spread of amazing foods! We highly recommend!

Great location next to the river, has a nice walk/bike path. Quiet location, clean rooms, friendly staff, breakfast included with fresh cappuccino. Great value!

This was unquestionably the worst stay I have ever had at a hotel. My experience at Sport Village Hotel & Spa was deeply unsatisfactory, and I cannot recommend it to anyone looking for comfort or peace. The primary issue was the air conditioning, which was set to heating, not cooling—apparently, the system can only do one at a time. Despite it being a warm day in mid-May, this left our room at an uncomfortable 24.5°C. When we reported the excessive heat, the staff merely suggested we open the windows, which only introduced loud outside noises and did little to cool the room. We were promised a discount for this inconvenience, but it was not honored at checkout, suggesting it was only offered to silence our complaints. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, barely functioning in our room. The furniture was visibly old and deteriorated, a stark contrast to the polished images advertised online. The front desk service was equally disappointing, showing little interest in our needs or concerns. Moreover, the pool was closed, which was a significant letdown. Our stay was further marred by multiple loud parties at the hotel involving non-guests, which significantly disrupted our peace. Overall, with unfulfilled promises, inadequate facilities, and poor service, I strongly advise against booking at this hotel. It fails to meet the basic standards of comfort and customer care expected from a quality establishment.
