The experience in this hotel is brilliant stayed a week here the staff were so nice and helpful.the food was superb 5 course every nite.would highly recommend it.got pass for free travel on trains and cable car up the mountain they also had free afternoon tea.austrian entertainment on the Wednesday nite which brilliant.location was very good.all 100%

Really well situated hotel right next to cable car up the mountain to high ropes and Mountain carting / biking in summer which were epic ! Hotel had with friendly / helpful team of staff and everything always spotlessly cleaned. The family rooms were well apportioned and spacious with nice balcony - no air con but as there didn’t seem to be any mosquitos we were comfortable with the door open to the night air no problems - a fan was also provided on request which was perfect and much appreciated. Breakfasts were amazing fuelled us for half the day !! Everything you could imagine - salad buffet in the evening very good too and main menu great to sample local dishes - BBQ night was amazing ! Our sons dairy allergy was handled well - much appreciated 👍👍 indoor pool was a lovely facility to have too - thank you all very much 🙌

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner excellent. The bedroom was very clean and the bed comfortable, but for us 'older' guests it had a cold and unfriendly feeling. The hotel is traditional which we like, but seems to be in the process of 'updating' to more modern tastes Our room half modernised but with an older bathroom.
