We discovered this hotel by accident, and it turned out to be fantastic — it exceeded all our expectations. The room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate three adults and two dogs. I highly recommend opting for the dinner package — the additional cost is more than worth it, as the meals were both delicious and satisfying. We were allowed to dine indoors with our dogs, although in a separate area which, as I understood, usually serves as the bar. It was cozy and, I would even say, intimate. The garage parking is quite narrow, and if you have a roof box, it’s not possible to enter. There is a spa with, I believe, four different saunas and a good swimming pool. A great added value is that the hotel provides a Stubai Region Card, which includes free access to cable cars to the Tyrolean peaks and other attractions. There are also swimming pools included, though we didn’t use them. If we ever happen to be in this area again, we will definitely stay here. The additional charge for a dog was, I believe, €15

Excellent value for money! This hotel convinced us with - a nice breakfast buffet with additional meals a la carte which where included - the downstairs indoor play area for kids to give the parents a little break - an outdoor natural lake with a breathtaking view on the mountains - an indoor pool and spa area - a nice afternoon snack which gets served in the salon - plenty of parking opportunities outside of the hotel as well as inside the garage - a rotating evening menu for a fair price and options (including a veggie option) to choose from - clean rooms with are daily provided water bottle - welcome drinks - Stubaital Card with lots of lift rides and entrances included - very friendly and helpful stuff, at the reception as well as in the restaurant Thank you for this relaxing and very service oriented experience.

This place was really great for the whole family. We had a special and memorable trip. Our room was nice with an incredible view from the little balcony. We loved the sauna and made good use of that and the outside little pool/lake, which is really charming. The kids felt at home and loved all of the hotel’s nooks and crannies. We all loved exploring the Stubai valley - the pass is so amazing, giving you access to see everything and get places easily on public transportation. Highlights were the alpine toboggan, hiking the family trails, the Grawa waterfall and the glacier (kids were very impressed to see snow in August). The food was good and dining experience was cozy and nice, definitely for families - lots of well-behaved kids everywhere. The half-board was well worth it. I agree with another reviewer who said if someone complains about the food here, it’s probably because they are really picky.
