We stayed here for 5 days, with location 10 in IGLS, 10 minutes from the city center. The hotel's location is right in front of the bus stop, making it very easy to travel. At the time we stayed, there was a program from the city to get a Free Welcome Card that could be used for bus fares, discounts on entry to several attractions, you better ask the hotel receptionist if you stay 2 nights or more. There is also a supermarket near the hotel, only 1 bus stop away or you can also walk for 5 minutes. For the hotel, the receptionist was very friendly, explaining to us the many things we could do in Innsbruck. The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The room types are various sports, and we happened to get the bowling one. This hotel also provides a swimming pool, sauna, sports massage, and others that support athlete performance. What a fun experience!

I would give this hotel a strong 3-star rating, or a weaker 4-star. Positives: • Excellent breakfast, where there was a blonde-haired Hungarian woman who was extremely kind and helpful, radiating a very positive vibe! 🤍 • Our room had a very beautiful view! • The location itself was charming, close to a few restaurants, a SPAR, bus stops, etc. • There is a relatively large parking area. • They provide a Welcome Card if you stay more than two nights, which allows free access to public transportation and more. Negatives: • The service in the hotel’s restaurant was terrible. The food was acceptable, but on the first day, they didn’t even notice us—we waited for about 20 minutes. On the second day, I had to go after the waiter myself to get the menu. The main issue is that there were too few waiters, so they were constantly rushing around. Even the receptionist had to come and help, and her face was flushed from all the running around (I felt sorry for her, because she was actually very nice). This really ruined the overall atmosphere. • The bathroom in the room was also problematic, especially the toilet—it smelled bad (there was no air freshener or anything), and the toilet seat couldn’t be lifted. • The bed was squeaky, as if we were sleeping in my grandmother’s 100-year-old bed. There was only one pillow per person, and it was huge and uncomfortable. I woke up with neck pain every morning because of it. • We stayed for seven nights and wanted to use the sauna just once, but it was closed. Also, it’s only open from 4 PM to 8 PM, which is already quite limited. But when we went during that time, it was still closed due to technical issues… And the water in the pool was cold.

Generally a nice hotel with a good location, especially if you're here by car. Our problem was with the personnel though. I was "surprised" that we had to wait for 25 min at the reception and when the lady finally came, she uttered exactly zero words of apology. The restaurant cooks really well but the personnel is obviously understaffed as evidenced by the chaos and lack of plates and so at the breakfast and at dinner where my husband ordered a beer and had to wait no kidding for 45 minutes even though he reminded it to two people. Massive frustration. What a shame.
