Lovely place, staff were amazing so helpful from day one. Only let down was breakfast not a huge choice no pastries and the only hot option was bacon and eggs all week though to be fair they made them fresh to order and you could have as much as you liked. Pool area was fabulous good size pool for those wanting to swim lengths. Location was spot on walking distance to shops the ski bus was pretty much outside the hotel If you're English they don't put any daily info out in English so we missed some of the stuff over Christmas they put on for the children

We were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel is older, but everything is clean and functional. Staff is friendly and helpful. The whole family enjoyed the pool, wellness, playground and animals (pigs, ponies). The trips to the nearby area were breathtaking. The WIFI on the third floor was very bad. The menu is poorer, but the homemade meal is very tasty. Overall value for money = 5 stars.

We rang very last-minute to rent electric mountainbikes from here. Even though we are not hotel guests, we were welcome to rent the two last bikes for a very fair price. The parking was free and easy, the wait by reception was long. This was because there was only one young receptionist having to help the whole queue, while it seemed two managers were standing by the desk chatting and not helping guests. The receptionist was knowledgeable and helped out all the guests with patience and she did a great job. She provided us with amazing maps of the surrounding area and she showed us the bikes. The bikes were very small for us, but we rented them anyway since they were the last ones. The ride was amazing and challenging and we had a blast! Upon return the receptionist helped us again, and we paid a small fee for the half day we used the bikes.
