Sporthotel Radstadt

Nothing less than perfect... from the staff (kindness, friendliness, professionalism), to the rooms, restaurant, atmosphere, ambience... neat, beautifully decorated, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, mountain view, extremely delicious food, wide selection... I have only words of praise for everything... A beautiful town, we enjoyed it, we rested, we had fun... and we hope to come again... Thank you for everything and keep it up... we wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone

We spent five nights at the Hotel which turned to be better than expected. Already during booking, the communication went smoothly, offer was detailed enough and received answers our questions rather quickly. We got a double room in a special family suite. The suit accommodated 4 people conveniently, the interior is a classic-traditional style but clean and tidy. The view was great: the rooms looked to the town and the Radstadt ski area. The nights were quiet (except mornings when the church bell was chiming very early in the morning). We went for ski holiday, ski areas are within reasonable distance from the hotel by car (also free ski bus stops a corner away from the hotel). There is also a spacious heated storage room for ski stuff. The wellness area is great with many sauna options. The pool size is fine for swimming especially for kids (water temperature was a bit cool but OK for swimming). Restaurant and food: the food was delicious, breakfast provided a good starter for the day. The dinners were great (usually included a starter, soup, a main course and a dessert option). Once it was a grill-BBQ themed dinner that we liked so much. One big thank is related to my wife's special diet: they always prepared a lactose free option for her. Last but not least the staff. Service was top class, very attentive and the they were super friendly, treated my kids like their old buddies :) After checking out, we already started planning our next visit there. We hope to come back one day.

A cozy hotel, with a wellness area, good service, very good cleanliness and excellent menus to eat (they made some vegetarian plates and also a oak milk for my coffee) every day. Without a doubt, what makes me return is the excellent service of the staff, specifically my experience with David, Miha, Amadej and Zico, they were very pleasant, kind and professionalls!!
