This hotel exceeded ally expectations. The location is perfect, the staff is amazing and the food was simply delicious. The food actually was a perfect fusion of austrian and Asian cultures. The hotel was very accommodating of my dog. The sauna is nice 👍

My favorite hotel in Zugspitze Arena. I will only return to this hotel in the future. The staff is incredibly pleasant, friendly, they try more than willingly to fulfill all our wishes. You can feel like at home here. The kitchen is amazing. I can more than recommend. Beautiful environment, amazing nature. And even if the weather does not come as expected, everyone at the hotel tries to make the stay pleasant. This is what customer service shoukd look like. If I could give ten stars, I would.
