Sporthotel Snowwhite

We spent 5 days skiing holiday in this hotel and were very pleased with overall experience. Hotel rooms are not the most modern, but were spotlessly clean and generally pleasant. Similarly the rest of the hotel, not the most luxurious property in Obertauern but practical and ok for our needs. What really stands out is the service, which was just excellent. Everyone from the receptionist to dining area personal, to cleaning staff were just great, friendly, professional, polite. Whatever is the issue, they will solve it for you with a smile. Food was also very good, maybe quantity was a bit short for a 21 year old after a full day on a snow, but for normal person more then sufficient. You can see that the kitchen staff is making an effort. Location is also very good, very convenient and very close to ski trails. All together, we can recommend this place and will come again. Big thanks to all hotel staff for making our experience very pleasant!

Very nice hotel, just divided with a small street to the slopes. They have a ski storage right next to the slope, which is great. They are not in the city itself bht 5min walk and you are close to all the restaurants. There are various different room types, some very modern some rather older but still clean and nice. I really liked it here as the people are friendly and the food was tasty. Nothing to complain.
