Very clean and well-maintained place with everything you need. The room was comfortable and quiet. The only issue was that it felt a bit cold at night, and the heating couldn’t be turned on during summer. Still, a pleasant stay overall!
Nice Hotel. We didn't receive a password for the key locker when we arrived at the hotel. Then we call the customer care. Very supportive staff.And a nice experience.
We booked this hotel because of the wonderful wellness facilities shown in the photos: an indoor and outdoor pool, a modern fitness center, and a relaxing spa. However, the reality was completely different. • The pool was empty and unusable. • Large parts of the wellness center were closed, abandoned, and clearly hadn't been maintained for a long time. • The fitness center was extremely dirty and unused, with outdated or broken equipment. • Photos on the website and booking platform are highly misleading; the hotel is dilapidated and not at all as pictured. We felt misled and, as a result, didn't get the vacation we were promised. It's a shame that the hotel doesn't communicate transparently about the actual condition of the facilities.
