My experience at this hotel was not what I expected. I was part of a larger group, and when we arrived there was a lot of problems. Several rooms had locks that wouldn't open from the inside (people were basically locked in their rooms), the sheets were wet and some of the rooms didn't have enough beds. At breakfast they opened the smallest dining room which couldn't room all of us, so we had to eat in turns. In addition to all of this the reception personell felt grumpy. We did not feel welcome. At the positive side the rooms were spacious and comfortable (except the wet sheets).
I had very bad experience from this place. Hotel' service quality was very low. Furthermore the room had damaged bathroom with missing basic stuff such as soap.... The worst part was cleanliness or rather total lack of it. Would not recommend this place to anybody. Considering star rating it might be okay for two stats but definitely not four.
Nightmare, the worst ever hotel I found myself in. Their misleading information and wicked practices related to this place, as so called a four star hotel, were just reported to the relevant authorities.
