Spree Resort at Century Wintersun

I am.pleased to inform all that this resort is excellent and very clean & hygiene. I strongly recommend to everyone to stay The staffs are very cooperative and polite. I would like to highlight 3 staff in particular ie Mr Deepu Manager front desk, Ms Babita sr executive and Mr Sajid in restaurant are very polite and treating customers very well. Such type of employees are asset to the resort. Lastly I would like to express that the food is amazing .

Beautiful open green resort – peaceful, refreshing, and so well maintained. The staff made it extra special, especially Deepu who was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. Truly a relaxing and heartwarming experience!

I would like to start with positives and then would point our areas of concern. Property is located in a calm area, during the day it is hot but as evening dwells it becomes pleasant. Cost of resort is reasonable and comparable to all other resorts in Delhi NCR including Corbett. It is surrounded by hills, but barren hills does not add much to the overall view. Staff is courteous and helpful. At times they go beyond call of duty to help guests. I would like to give speacial mention to Bagha, who is GM of the property. He helped us in many ways and sets a perfect way as to how a issue can be handled ammicably. On the day of check in they have some software issue and some of the guests room keys were not working. He gave us a master key, which we used very carefully. Though we only had one key for our 2 nights stay for 3 days, but we did not faced any problem. At the time of check out their was a issue in our booking, the scene was all set to become ugly, but intervention of Mr. Bagh ensured that it was resolved ammicably with a smile.
