Spring Alpha Town

We booked this hotel By chance but we liked it more after staying there , rooms are quite good and availability of easy access to local market is good you will get necessary things within walking distance. Only problem we face in bed which is not up-to mark otherwise the room and there amenities are good.

The level of grossness is unbearable. To start of the pillows had stains (yellowish) with a bad odor when asked they changed the pillow cover and told us it’s just the cover. The room was filthy and I was told to upgrade to deluxe room by paying 2000 for 4 days, which they refunded partially later when I cancelled 3 days. Apparently you can’t bring outside food and you had to pay the overpriced tea which was horrible. Talking about the toilet, it was leaking from every possible way and the towels were literally grey, can’t be bothered to change. We asked for an additional mattress (as we paid for 3 people) and the mattress brought to us was almost black not because of the material it was the filth, when asked they said we will cover it so it won’t be visible. Surprisingly the reception guy seemed helpful, but poor thing he can only help if he has things to do. When spoke with OYO customer care, this is a non refundable booking, we had to pay a bloody 7k for a disgusting, corridor filled with cigarette buds, alcohol bottles and half eaten chocolate. This is a definite scam and no one seems to bothered about refund. This will be taken to public and to the court. FYI we travelled from London to stay in this filthy place.

Rooms, bed sheet are dirty black. No support staff. Un professional staff. Staff are staring at woman and girls very badly at time of room service. Only for couples may be.. Not for family.. Door lock is not working.
