Spring Hotel

Mainly it is fun place to be specially with kids. But WARNING- the poolside stairs is extremely slippery. I witnessed at least 40 people slip and suffer injuries, including to their legs and backs. This is a serious safety concern that needs immediate attention..

I recently visited this hotel and had a very mixed experience, especially with the pool. The pool was not clean at all — there were visible dirt particles floating on the surface, including hairs and even nose residues. Looking beneath the water, you could clearly see dirt settled at the bottom, which made it quite uncomfortable to swim. The food was another disappointment. I ordered a sausage pizza for 18 AZN, and it was completely tasteless. It felt like I was eating dough with no seasoning or effort put into it. On the positive side, the hotel's attractions were enjoyable and added some fun to the visit. They also provided towels and a locker, which was convenient for keeping personal belongings safe while using the pool area. However, an unexpected inconvenience was the lack of a POS terminal for card payments. I had to make a card-to-card transfer instead, which is not acceptable for a hotel that should be providing proper payment options..

Very loud music and very bad service. Highly do not recommend
