Spring Palace Resort Hotel

Rooms are pool view, and they're also very clean. Although swimming pool is a bit small, still I could enjoy swimming. Breakfast is limited, yet the food is pretty tasty. Staffs are friendly and always give their smiles.

Lovely hotel , nice rooms and pool. Friendly staff. Needs to improve availability of service to poolside, menus should be available by pool and staff on hand. Lemongrass candles in rooms only put on arrival, should be refreshed daily when cleaners come to service rooms, as this makes the ambience of the room more relaxing and welcoming. I'd give it 5 stars if these small improvements were added.

For the price this is well set out. Nice pool, ordinary restaurant, big rooms. Front office and cleaning Some criticisms: 1. The guide they hired out for the day was hopeless and the staff instructing him were lazy. He didn't know that you need to buy tickets to the monuments first, and his English was bad enough that I couldn't tell him so we wasted an hour driving arohnd. Given the hotel charges far more than places in town don't book tours with them. 2. The hotel doesn't bother maintaining things, the tires in none of the bikes were inflated. For the price reasonable place to stay, but would probably stay elsewhere again.
