Really happy with the stay. The view from the room was superb. Service is really great. All the staffs were polite and well behaved. Would love to visit this place again. In room service food quality and taste was very good too. Only one thing needs to improve which is the washroom else all were upto the mark. Thanks again and cheers for the good work. ✌️✌️

Hotel is very close to the waterfall and temple. We had a great view of the waterfall from our room. Check in and Check out was smooth and hassle free. Anamika at the reception was very kind and helpful. The manager Krishna Sood was also very co-operative. The entire staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming. Service on the first day was very slow, however it was taken care of later. The room is big, however the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property can be improved. Food was fresh and tasty. Great hospitality!!

The hotel is a very old property. Only the location and restaurant service were good. The rooms looked like they hadn’t been updated in over 10 years. Bathroom fittings were in poor condition, and there was no water supply in the morning. We booked a premium room online, but the hotel manager showed us old misleading pictures. After multiple arguments, they finally agreed to give us a superior room, which was also disappointing. Even their so-called suite room had nothing special. Not recommended at all — really disappointing experience.
