I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and couldn’t have been more impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt at ease. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. I especially appreciated the little details—plush bedding, quality toiletries, and a beautiful view that made my stay even more enjoyable. Housekeeping did a fantastic job each day, and it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority here. The amenities were equally impressive. Whether it was relaxing by the pool, enjoying meals at the on-site restaurant, or simply unwinding in the common areas, everything was well-maintained and inviting. The service throughout the hotel—from front desk to restaurant staff—was consistently outstanding. What stood out most was the atmosphere. It’s rare to find a place that combines professionalism with such a genuine sense of hospitality. I left feeling relaxed, recharged, and already looking forward to my next visit. Overall, this was a decent hotel for the price. The beach location is great, and the pool and outdoor areas are great for families. Navarre beach is very family friendly. The beach was rarely overly crowded. You do have to rent the beach chairs for the day ($57 for two chairs and umbrella). You can bring an umbrella and chairs, but you will need to get there early because the vendor sets up in front of the hotel before 6:00 am. Our room included a balcony and gulf view, which was amazing. The room itself was nice, although the floor was VERY dirty and we found trash from previous individuals on the floor. We were only given three towels and there is no housekeeping service. Additionally, the elevators were pretty slow, and there was often a wait. Breakfast was included and was generally pretty good. It was nice to stay at a hotel that still provides free breakfast. The employee in charge of the breakfast area was rude the first morning, but the rest of the hotel staff was helpful and polite. We had dinner at Beach House Social the day we arrived and we were not disappointed. The food was amazing and the wait staff provided great customer service. Despite a few issues, we enjoyed our stay and the beach.

It’s a quiet, family-friendly spot that’s ideal for a peaceful beach getaway. Only downfall bed was too firm made it hard to sleep.
