The staff here was so helpful. The rooms are really nice, modern bathrooms, fun lobby and bar atmosphere. The free breakfast buffet was also great. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend! Parking only 2 blocks away and hotel stay gets a reduced cost.

The hotel is very well located. The rooms are clean and modern. The staff's service is excellent, with a great attitude. Breakfast is good, although it could use more fruit and cold cuts. The main issue is the elevators—there are only two, and sometimes the key card reader doesn't work properly

This hotel was a lot nicer a few years ago. The location is good, a little south of Times Square but convenient. The beds and linens are fine (think like best western or similar motel), but the mattresses are wrapped in plastic covers (below sheets) that make it feel like you’re in a dorm room. The layout of my king room was horrible. The window went to a courtyard surrounded by other hotel rooms and no natural light, the door opened directly onto the bed which felt unsettling and the fridge froze my beverages and the in room coffee maker didn’t work. The place feels clean, the cleaning staff did a great job. The people working at the desk were great. But the 2 elevators serving floors 2-14 were always met with long lines and took forever to arrive. Overall, it’s over priced for what it is, even in midtown (other options for same price but less janky)
