SpringHill Suites Kansas City Airport

One of the best SpringHill Suites I’ve ever stayed at and it’s been a pleasure to be here for the week. The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast selections were good and varied just enough to not feel like the same thing every day. I have to say that the biscuits and gravy were the best I have ever had in a free breakfast at a hotel. The staff kept everything fresh and clean. We did have a little issue with getting a crib for my grandson but it was resolved quickly. The bathroom was very nice but the shower door was a little bit out of alignment so didn’t close all the way. Housekeeping was very nice and on the ball with fresh linens as needed. The room was very nice and clean. My son said the pool was clean and warm. There was plenty of parking and the elevators were fast. I would highly recommend this hotel for your next trip to the Kansas City area.

Great room good gym nice pool extremely clean and the people here are really nice. The staff is very professional. The only thing I would like better is if they started breakfast at 6:00 an instead of 6:30 it gets into my drive time to work. Also if they had flavored creamer for the coffee.

Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I can hear the people above me. Sounds like they walk in bricks. And the doors are super loud when opening and closing. Other guest leaving, getting back, going out for breakfast usually wakes me up starting at around 6am every morning. Rooms are always looking nice! My mom comes into town often and stays here because it's close to us. We decided to stay while she was here to be able to enjoy the hotel with her. Breakfast is nice every morning with a slight variation every day of the same items (eggs, meats, potatoes, fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal). Pool has a nice view for being inside! Enjoyable stay!
