Sq Hang Gai Hotel & Spa

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can wholeheartedly say it was a remarkable experience all thanks to Hana and her incredible team. From the moment I booked, I messaged the hotel and Hana reached out immediately. As soon as I arrived, I felt completely comfortable and safe, which means a great deal to me as a solo female traveler. One of the standout features for me was the airport pick-up service. Knowing I had a guaranteed ride gave me peace of mind especially after past experiences with taxi drivers pretending not to know the way. The hotel’s transportation was punctual, professional, and reasonably priced. It was such a relief! The staff were attentive and genuinely kind throughout my stay. Every interaction, from the front desk to housekeeping, made me feel welcome and well looked after. A special shout-out to the housekeepers, who did a fantastic job refreshing my room each morning I always returned to clean, tidy spaces and fresh towels. Breakfast each day was a lovely way to start the morning, especially with the fresh fruits on offer. Simple but delicious. And after long days exploring the city, the pool on the 9th floor was a perfect retreat to relax and unwind. Also worth mentioning: the water pressure in the bathroom was excellent (a small detail, but one that makes a big difference), and the hotel’s location in the Old Quarter couldn’t be better everything I needed was just a short walk away. In short, the location was perfect, the facilities were great, and the staff were absolutely amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you again to Hana and everyone who made my stay so memorable!

The staff were kind and will immediately help you with your baggage upon seeing you getting out of the car. The rooms were nice and have good heater in shower. The only negative was the toilet flush was a bit weak. The breakfast were mostly international with good variety. The only Vietnamese food I encountered were spring rolls and pho. It is also near to shopping centers

Clean rooms, amenable staff, breakfast included. Small roof top pool, some rooms the showers are those hand held ones, with a step in bath- not my preference, so for the second stay was given an upgrade. The location was great for food and wandering about The TV system needs to be upgraded, to support casting from mobile devices
