I book 2nd time at SRG Indira Hotel. Better than first time. Housekeeping team should be better 🙏. And receptionist should be smart boy or girl.
Stayed here while on a work trip in April 2025. Ground floor room. Rooms: - Sheets has stains, pillow case had lipstick marks on it. - Room smells dank, like it's constantly humid. - At least there's a TV with Netflix capability. - Walls are really thin, you can hear people having conversations next door. - Receptionist watches videos at full volume during the night and doesn't close the door so you can hear everything as well. Bathroom: - Cheap shower head with strong water pressure, hurts to use. - Bidet had no head attachment so it was just basically a hose. - Cockroaches spotted, baby ones and large ones. - Worms in the toilet. - No toilet paper provided, you have to buy one at the reception. Spend a little bit more for a better hotel if you're thinking of visiting the area.
Very Disappointed – Poor Cleanliness and Unreachable Hotel I booked this hotel for my colleague through Booking.com, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Upon check-in, the room floor was dirty and full of insect wings. My colleague contacted the hotel to request cleaning, but the cleaner only did a very basic and careless job. I immediately contacted Booking.com to request a free cancellation due to the poor cleanliness and service. However, both Booking.com and I were unable to reach the hotel using the contact number provided. It is extremely frustrating and unprofessional for a hotel to be completely uncontactable, especially in such situations. Very disappointed and angry with this experience. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting even basic standards of cleanliness or customer service.
