Sri Phala Resort & Villa

Wonderful oasis right near Sanur beach, main road and harbour. Only stayed a couple of nights before heading to Lembongan, but enjoyed the surrounds, staff and pools. Breakfast buffet was decent, with a good range that rotated for the two days we were here, pools are beautiful, and spa looked nice. Rooms, bed quite hard and pillows not greatest, but still slept well. WiFi pretty useless in room we were in, which meant TV was not great, but not a big deal. We borrowed bikes to ride around to Icon mall, they were a bit old, so maybe ask them to check tires and brakes. Only a 5 min walk to beach, restaurants and cafes. Lovely stay and happy with the area and the staff were delightful.

Fantastic little hotel. Staff are very friendly and go out their way to make your stay as good as possible. Rooms are clean and the hotel has two nice swimming pools. Food at the restaurant is a little basic but adequate. Location might be a little far for some, however easy to get a taxi for a few $ into the main part of sanur I holiday in Bali at least once a year and for me personally, this won’t be the last time I stay at this hotel.

Location is great as close to port but nice and quiet. Beautiful gardens. Rooms are spacious and clean but the bathrooms are very tired and some towels and linen are old and stained. The staff were very friendly but not that helpful. At check in there were 3 staff but only one who was doing anything while the other two just stood there and smiled. They don't go our of their way to book taxis or help with directions and ideas. Friendly and smiley but not very helpful. Everything is an 'almost' for us. Lots of potential but needs some work.
