Comfortable Stay at Sri Lanta – Great Beach, Relaxing Vibes Sri Lanta is a very comfortable hotel with excellent facilities and super friendly, helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, though a bit worn in places. The balconies could use a bit of improvement, and the cleanliness in some shared spaces could be better, but overall, we were happy with our stay. The highlight was definitely the beach—absolutely stunning—and the sea was just beautiful. The pools were great too and were cleaned daily. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, though it would’ve been nice if the selection changed up a bit. One downside was that the beach bar and restaurant were pretty quiet in the evenings—it would’ve been lovely if they had a livelier vibe to match the location.
A very comfortable hotel with good facilities and very helpful and nice staff. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated but little worn out, balconies in hotel rooms could be better and cleanliness of some shared spaces little better, but overall we were happy with our stay at Sri Lanta. The absolutely best was the beach and beautiful sea and pools were also nice - cleaned daily. The breakfast is yummy with many choices - but the selection could be changed a bit. Shame that in the evenings the beach bar and restaurant are empty - would be nice if they were more lively.
Terrible and unsafe experience. We booked directly on Srilanta Resort’s website (moonlight suite) and got a confirmed booking, but upon arrival we were told the whole resort was under “maintenance.” No restaurant, no bar, no lobby, no facilities at all—we even had to check in under the sun. At check-in, staff told us there were 4–5 rooms occupied with about 10 guests. But that night, when we returned around 8pm, we discovered the truth: we were the only guests staying in the entire resort. The place was completely deserted—no staff, no security, no workers. Our building was the only one with lights on, surrounded by pitch-black, empty villas. It felt like being stranded in an abandoned construction site. The most disturbing part was that our bathroom window had no lock and could be accessed from the balcony. We did not dare to sleep and spent the whole night guarding the door. The next morning, when we asked again, another staff admitted that we were indeed the only room occupied the night before—contradicting what we had been told at check-in. This is unacceptable. How can a hotel still take bookings in such a condition? Misleading guests, leaving them unsafe and alone in an empty property without staff or security, is irresponsible and reckless. Management should stop taking reservations until the resort is properly staffed, secure, and operational.
