Our experience at St. Ermin’s was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is stunning, with beautifully appointed rooms and an unbeatable location—just a short walk to Westminster, Buckingham Palace, and the Tube. The service, though, is what truly stood out. Alexander in the restaurant was phenomenal—attentive, warm, and made every meal feel special. Stephen, the bellman, was incredibly helpful and welcoming, always ready with a smile and great local tips. Finally, they had a great Traditional English Breakfast! St. Ermin’s made our London stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to return!
The hotel is beautiful! The rooms are great for space and very clean. The staff has been wonderful. Coming in during their family happy hour was a great welcome. We had a bit of trouble with checking in otherwise what a great hotel. Location is perfect! The food has been great as well! Looking forward to yea and the rest of our time here!
Beautiful heritage building and a boutique-y feel. Despite being very centrally located, hotel is very quiet. Staff are really friendly, and lovely with kids. At very short notice (12hrs) they prepared a special birthday cake for my son even though we were checking out that day and it was DELICIOUS. The happy hour the hotel offers is such a special and convivial touch, we loved it. My only gripe is the size of the rooms - they're very small, with minimal room to move around.
