I stayed here because it was the only reasonably priced hotel I could find in close proximity to the US Embassy (it's about a ten minute walk). The hotel was great value for the money. I had room 18, in the basement. It turned out to be a great room with air conditioning, no traffic noise, and no noise from other guests as it doesn't share any walls with other guest rooms. The room was a good size and clean. Both members of staff I met were very friendly and helpful. No complaints, would stay here again.

It's a good price for central London and the rooms are clean and well kept. The road is noisy if you're at the front of the building, and the mattress wasn't the greatest. Annoyingly there is no iron in the room, you have to request one from the front desk but is still quite good for this price point.

Read reviews before booking hotel so I knew it would be small but my knees hit the door while sitting on the toilet. This made it uncomfortable to use the toilet with the door shut. We also booked the hotel and it said we could check in at 1300 but when we arrived they said our room wouldn’t be ready until 1700. We were allowed to leave our luggage there but it was to be kept in the main hallway not behind a counter or locked up. The WiFi has a terrible signal in our room and hardly worked. Maid barged in even though we had a do not disturb sign on door.
