I had a solid and comfortable stay at St. Giles Boulevard Hotel on 17/7 - 19/7. The location is unbeatable with direct access to Mid Valley Megamall and The Gardens—super convenient whether you're here for shopping or work. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel itself is peaceful and makes for a restful stay. The buffet breakfast was well done. While the spread wasn’t massive, everything was fresh and thoughtfully prepared—just the right mix of local and Western dishes with a focus on quality. My room was clean, spacious, and functional, with a comfy bed and good water pressure. The staff I encountered were polite and efficient. Everything ran smoothly. I stayed in a standard room this time, but I’d love to experience one of the suites on a future visit. Overall, great value for the location, and I’d be happy to return for future stay.

My stay was spoilt by many factors. One was my leg was pricked by thin nails from the carpet in my room ,there were 7 pin nails.i had to use my masking tape to cover them. I wrote 2 mails attn the director of the hotel to attach the images. No replies. Called reception they then asked if I wanted ro change room however I was rushing out for appointment and chexking out the next day.they then offered free breakfast.i declined. At no time they replied my mail or had emphaty to ask if I was hurt.zero response from management . Next this relates to my check in they took my deposit but the tall staff guy behaved weired. He kept looking at the back of my credit card looking at my ccv number.i asked him what he was doing then he just wrote my expiry date on the charge slip and said oh nothing. My bank called me today and alerted my of many fraudulent transactions on my credit card which I don't use at all,only for hotel deposit. I only use utrip card so strangely this is related to the hotel staff. Which the hotel should investigate the cctv so other guest do not get cheated. My credit card is cancelled due to fraud. A new one will be sent to me. Lucky I can still use my utrip. Can you imagine the inconvenience. I wrote back to the hotel about the credit card and to check the cctv. No response as usual. Wonder what kind of security and management this hotel provides. Horrible experience .

I booked 35 Urban Twin rooms, 5 Urban King rooms, and 11 Premier Twin + Extra Bed rooms for a 4-day, 3-night stay at St Giles Hotel, bringing them sales of approximately RM67,000++. Unfortunately, my experience with the hotel’s service was very disappointing. Communication with the Sales Manager during the booking process was difficult and unhelpful. I eventually dealt with the Sales Coordinator, who assisted in finalizing the number and types of rooms. Upon arrival, my team faced further issues during check-in. The front desk staff were impolite and claimed they could not find our guests’ names in their list, despite us having sent the final English version of the guest list in advance. We were wrongly blamed for the error, and later discovered that the problem was due to duplicated guest names assigned to two different rooms — an error on the hotel’s side. This entire experience left us deeply dissatisfied with their customer service. Based on this, I would not recommend St Giles Hotel to others.
