An unforgettable wedding experience at Radisson Blu St. Helen’s! My wife and I recently attended a wedding at Radisson Blu St. Helen’s, and it was truly exceptional. The hotel’s stunning grounds and elegant interiors created the perfect backdrop for such a special day. The staff were attentive and professional, ensuring every detail was flawless. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and catered to all tastes. The atmosphere was warm and festive, making it a joyous occasion for everyone. We were impressed by the seamless coordination and genuine hospitality throughout the event. Highly recommend this venue for weddings or any special celebration!

Had a really pleasant experience during my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful — always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was at check-in or just passing through the lobby. What stood out most was the coffee. Whether it was early morning or a late afternoon pick-me-up, it was consistently fresh, well-made, and far better than what you’d expect from a hotel. It made each day start off right. Overall, a warm and welcoming place with great service and genuinely good coffee.

This was a very disappointing stay after previously having stayed at this property a year ago. While it wasn't a 5-star then, the property was in better condition and the service was considerably better. All of the rooms and fitness center need major updates while most of the shared areas are reasonably well-kept. In our room, the mini fridge wasn't working and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. We also found fingernails from a previous tenant still in our room. Our sink wasn't draining and our toilet wasn't flushing. Despite multiple requests to get these fixed (we also had to remind them to send someone multiple times). When I made requests to change rooms, suddenly the people working there forgot how to speak English. Generally, service was very poor - it seemed like everyone was new and needs a lot more training. The breakfast was incredible but does not compensate for all of the other shortfalls. I believe this is my first negative review of a hotel and I typically record 70-100 nights per year in hotels (almost always Marriot properties)
