St. John Suites Adults Only Zakynthos

St. John Resort truly exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a restful getaway. The suite offered full privacy, was spotless, and had an incredible, uninterrupted sea view—more beautiful than any photo. Free parking next to the suite and the buggy service made everything so convenient. The staff were outstanding, always kind and present, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job. Dining at Noya was one of the highlights—exceptional food, elegant setting, and that same breathtaking view. Our stay was simply unforgettable.

We had a really great time during our stay. The place felt very private and peaceful, and the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout. The restaurant was a nice surprise – good food, fair prices, and a relaxed atmosphere. We also made good use of the gym, and having private parking was really convenient. Our villa was spacious and perfect for a group – three bedrooms, separate bathrooms, a balcony, and even a private pool. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The cleaning service did a great job. One thing that made things really easy was the 24/7 shuttle service – it helped us get around the property without any hassle. All in all, we had a lovely stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

If You’re Looking for a Reason to Extend Your Vacation… This Is It Stayed at St. John Deluxe Suites with my girlfriend and we didn’t want to leave. Location = ideal. Super close to the airport and there is on-site parking, which saved us a lot of time. Our suite was so modern and luxurious. And that sea view was crazy. Bonus points for the privacy between the suites — no awkward balcony-to-balcony eye contact here. Cleaning was spot-on every day (shoutout to Chrysa). Wi-Fi was fast, which is rare, and when we felt lazy after breakfast, the mini golf cars gave us a lift wherever we needed to go. Breakfast was next-level — both a buffet and a menu, which basically means you can try everything. Dinner at the restaurant was a whole vibe cozy but classy, and the staff were absolute pros. Zero stress, just great food and great service. I loved the shrimp risotto and the rib-eye nicely cooked. Luxury and peace 10/10 would move in if I could.
