I recently stayed at the Union Station Hotel for a work-related trip, and I can confidently say it was a simple five-star experience from start to finish. While business brought me here, the hotel made it feel like a mini getaway. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the historic charm blended seamlessly with modern luxury. The architecture alone is worth the visit—vaulted ceilings, grand chandeliers, and thoughtful design touches that make every corner feel special. What truly stood out was how relaxing and welcoming the atmosphere was, even though I was here for work. My room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, but what I appreciated most were the many opportunities to unwind outside of the room. Whether it was enjoying a quiet moment in the beautifully restored lobby, grabbing a drink at the stylish bar, or simply walking the scenic grounds, there were plenty of ways to decompress after a long day. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and attentive without being overbearing. Every interaction—from check-in to housekeeping—was smooth and pleasant. If you're traveling for business but want to feel like you're on vacation, Union Station Hotel is the perfect blend of productivity and peace. I left feeling refreshed, not drained, which is rare for a work trip. Highly recommend this gem—whether you're here for meetings or memories, you’ll find both.

We live about an hour outside of St. Louis and decided to stay at Union Station and visit places like Grant's Farm, City Museum, and the Aquarium for our summer vacation. Our stay at Union Station was remarkable! I can't speak highly enough of Crystal and her entire team. Everyone was so friendly and made sure this was a stay my young girls would not forget. The history of Union Station is evident everywhere with old photos and drawings in the rooms and halls. The views inside and out are quite impressive. We spent some time just walking around inside of the hotel taking it all in. On the food side, the breakfast buffet is a must eat and each restaurant we ate at on site was ver good and accommodated my wife's dairy allergy. My two daughters, wife and I give this 5 shining stars!

The room was beautiful as well as the lobby. The people were fantastic especially in the security department. I left several items and they packed them up and shipped them to me. The distance from the beautiful lobby and the room was a trek. Their restaurant was very good and the wait staff terrific!
