St. Margaret's Hotel

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and was highly satisfied. As it's old, my single room was a bit small, but I found it more cozy than cramped so quite comfortable. The staff were extremely pleasant, upon arrival I was offered a coffee and primer about nearby attractions. Daily breakfast was fine and a good way to start the morning. The location is very nice. It's about a 20 minute walk to the city center and to Jericho with multiple bus lines nearby if you want to skip the walk. So many neat places nearby. Was pleased to find a lovely neighborhood pub a few blocks away, too, out of the highly travelled areas. Overall, a very positive experience and stay.

I booked this place for a work event, but also did a bit of sightseeing around Oxford. I was unsure what to expect, but the hotel’s room, service, breakfast, and location exceeded my expectations! I travel around the world and was slightly worried about the B&B. However this hotel showed that my concerns were not necessary. The beds are so comfy, room is clean and bathroom is updated. The hotel allows you to park on site for free even after check out, which is a massive bonus for Oxford. I need a birthday card at the last minute, and the hotel kindly offered me one without charge! I even get the selection of choices!! The service the hotel has provided is excellent! Will definitely return next time!

Very comfortable sized room for three adults, family room. Well supplied with teas and coffee, soya milk! Very thankful for the fridge and mini freezer , and a fan considering we had hot weather . Great breakfast and comfy beds. Location was good only 25 min walk into city centre. Staff were friendly and accommodating .
