St Martins Lane London

We stayed at St Martin’s Lane for six nights as part of a month long European trip. We loved this hotel. The location is superb being in close proximity to theatres (we saw two shows), Trafalgar Square, the National gallery and Portrait Gallery, Covent Garden, Leicester Square and Piccadilly. With a number of tube stations nearby it’s easy to travel further afield. Our room was spacious and quiet. The bathroom layout is excellent a with lovely amenities and thick luxurious towels. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel with plenty of options. I’d recommend this hotel for anyone visiting London, particularly for attending shows or shopping.

From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and impeccable professionalism, making check-in smooth and welcoming. Our room was spotless, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views of the [ocean/city/mountains]. The attention to detail in every aspect of our stay was impressive — from the luxurious bedding and high-end toiletries to the prompt room service and nightly turndown. The on-site restaurants served delicious meals with a wide variety of options, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve ever had. We also enjoyed the spa and pool area, which were immaculate and incredibly relaxing. Every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to make us feel pampered and cared for. This hotel truly sets the standard for five-star service and comfort. We can’t wait to return!

Our stay at the hotel was an excellent experience. Overall, made even better by the outstanding service of Visar, the lobby attendant.
