First of all, I’d like to express my sincere gratitude to the line manager (I believe her name was Rebeca). Her service and hospitality were truly outstanding. I made a mistake while booking hotel online but she guided me and my friend through the entire experience with such professionalism, warmth, and kindness — a true credit to the team. Our stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The room was fresh, spacious, and offered a beautiful view through the window. The spa was relaxing, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. This is the kind of place I’d love to return to for a longer stay — and a hotel name I’ll definitely remember and recommend to anyone planning a visit to Cornwall.

Stayed here for a couple of nights for a wedding at the venue. First impressions were what an amazing place. Check in was nice and smooth, went to our room, which on face value was very nice, with a lovely view overlooking the golf course. However, the air conditioning wasn't working which was not ideal when it was close to 30 degrees outside! Despite reporting the issue, it was not rectified during our stay, however a passing member of staff did give us a fan for the room. The TV in the room is also quite small. Other than that, it was a lovely venue for the wedding! Food in the bar was nice, breakfast was nice (buffet style) and the food for the wedding was delicious!

Staff are amazing and always willing to help. The rooms are very tired. Tatty carpets, side table broken Rooms are very out dated. Breakfast is great, just need some extra staff to keep the coffee and breakfast area neat and tidy. The Spa was my best. Had 2 lovely treatments. Thank you.
