St Michaels Harbour Inn Marina and Spa

We checked in on Sunday and we were warmly greeted by the front desk clerk, she was so cheerful (wish I got her name) and a gentleman (Fleck?) that filled us in on all there is to do around St. Michael’s. The shuttle was a real treat such a great service provided by the Inn. We booked a room with the balcony and were so glad we did. We were able to enjoy many beautiful sunsets. We visited the lounge a few times and had great service there. Also everyone in the lounge and the restaurant made sure we had a great experience. Customer service was the best! Housekeeping was phenomenal and really kept everything tidy and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

The Inn is in walking distance to the fantastic restaurant and shopped of St. Michaels! They also provide free shuttle service. A water taxi is available for restaurants and sites across the Harbour. The pool is lovely and well maintained. Staff are friendly. Service is only 4 stars imo due to lack of employees and items not being available 😒. Rooms( particularly the bathrooms) need updates but it is my understanding that renovations are on process. Lovely place to stay overall!

This hotel is hard to rate. It's more of a quaint place than a resort. The marina view is amazing. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is dated. The pool is small. The location is great because its so close to shopping. The bar area is very rustic. You get one pot of coffee then you need to go down to lobby to get your ice, more coffee and more tea.
