What a beautifully hotel! The staff were excellent and we enjoyed dinner in the restaurant which was delicious. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and again the service was excellent. As a bonus our room had a hot tub on the balcony overlooking the lake. It's a shame we couldn't stay longer.

One of the best hotels Ive ever stayed at. The staff and service is fantastic, and so personal. It also offers fantastic value for money. I cannot recommend enough.

We recently stayed at the Hotel St Pierre Park Hotel in Guernsey and had a generally enjoyable experience. The location is excellent — just a pleasant 20-minute walk into St Peter’s — and the grounds are lovely, which was perfect for us and our dog, Pablo. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, and they absolutely adored Pablo, which made us feel really welcome. Breakfast was great, and a real bonus was that it could be delivered to the room at no extra charge. The restaurant itself was lovely, and while the room service was excellent — nothing was too much trouble — we did find the prices for food and drinks on the high side, especially considering it was more expensive than the Old Government House Hotel, which is arguably more exclusive. The room (we were in Room 150) was clean and functional, but as other reviews have mentioned, quite dated and £289 a night I was expecting the wow, but all I got was beige and more dreary beige , it was lacking any colour or personality — much like a higher-end Travelodge. Not terrible by any means, but not memorable either. Unfortunately, the room was right next to a corridor door frequently used by staff, and from about 6am onwards, we could hear it opening and closing, which wasn’t ideal — although of course, not the fault of the staff. During our stay, there were two school proms, and the hotel became quite rowdy with teenagers running around. While we accept that these events are part of hotel life, we were disappointed not to have been informed in advance — we later found out a notice had been left at reception, which we never saw as we didn’t go there. The spa and gym facilities are shared with local members, which does make the public areas, especially outside, feel busy at times. The decking area is small considering the size of the hotel, but it was clean and tidy. All in all, a good hotel with excellent service, a great breakfast, and a beautiful location — just a few drawbacks that future guests might want to be aware of.
