St. Spas Hotel & Balneo Complex

I had the pleasure of staying at SPA Hotel Sante in Velingrad and I’d like to share how impressed I was with the overall experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by an exceptionally kind staff – always smiling, helpful, and ready to assist. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is of a very high standard – everything is well-maintained, fresh, and cozy. The food was an absolute delight – a rich menu prepared with care and great taste. Every day we enjoyed a variety of fresh and appetizing dishes made with quality ingredients. The spa area also deserves special mention – relaxing, clean, and well-organized. Perfect for rest and rejuvenation. I would especially like to thank the hotel manager for the special attention – his personal approach and attention to detail made our stay even more pleasant and memorable. It's rare to see such dedication and genuine care for guests. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Sante to anyone looking for peace, quality, and first-class service. We will definitely be coming back!

My stay at Spa Hotel Santé was very pleasant and relaxing. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately, and the check-in process was extremely fast – less than 5 minutes. The reception staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. The room was cozy and clean, with comfortable furniture and all the necessary amenities for me and my children, such as toothbrushes and toothpaste. The only downside was that the view wasn't particularly nice, but this wasn't a big issue since the room itself was very comfortable. The mineral pools at the hotel were wonderful! The water was clean, not overly chlorinated, and the temperature was very comfortable. I especially liked the variety of 4 indoor pools, including a cold one, a jacuzzi, and a steam bath. The only thing I would note is that there weren't many lounge chairs, but we still managed to find a spot. The stay included breakfast and dinner, both of which were delicious and varied. The food was well-prepared with plenty of options, including salads, appetizers, and both meat and vegetarian dishes. The only downside was that drinks were not included with dinner, but this wasn't an issue for us. The staff in the restaurant and spa areas were polite and attentive, and the atmosphere in the hotel was peaceful, despite there being a lot of children around. The pools were definitely the highlight of my stay. I would return again and would recommend Spa Hotel Santé to friends looking for a place to relax and unwind.

The place is fine and the mineral water is fine and the temperature is good. Except for the facilities and a good level of food (usually a standard or normal outside Bulgaria), their procedure process is horrible and they spent my time on bs. One of the girls went to holiday and didnt even pass the info properly to the other one i spent my whole friday revolving around a supposed procedure which was not supposed to occur. You hear the usual sentence as in many places in Bulgaria when i got upset “its not my fault” they are more concerned about their own feelings than customer service. That facility, the physiotherapy, really pissed me off
