I want to highlight the superb service conducted by the staff members of this hotel and particularly a wonderful person by the name of Merel. My two friends and I were on a bicycle holiday touring the Netherlands 🇳🇱. We travelled a long day from Amsterdam and we ended up a bit lost and the campsite we were looking for turned out to be closed down. We were in a lot of struggle trying to find accommodation to stay in for the night. We soon arrived in this town and found this hotel. Although the hotel was unfortunately fully booked the amazing heroine staff members helped us contact an available hotel nearby and allowed us to keep our bikes safe and secure at this hotel overnight too. I want to thank this hotel staff so so much for their much needed help and it’s definitely got me wanting to spend some nights here upon a return here. Thank you so so much!!! Your terrific service and kindness too.

Great stay. The team was fantastic. Great service every day. Very pleasant and attentive. Breakfast was wonderful every day. Dinner was terrific. Room was not a traditional hotel room which was nice to have more local feel. Great place to walk around with the late evening sun. Easy walk to the transit station to catch a bus or train.

We have requested a quiet room before the reservation, and hotel returned email that they will help to arrange. While I checked in, and remind to a lady of reception again. She replied it that she noticed the message and arranged it for us. I felt safe and checked in before 5p.m. And we left our packages and went for supper straightaway. Unfortunatelt, while we back, the street bar keep noisy back to our room. Right now it's 11:10pm., and there is a group still keep loudly talking, laughing, etc. I am really so angry about it . 😤 And found the facts, that our room is most noisy room which just aside the two street at the corner ! Why did this to the customer 😕, not honestly to arrange a noisy room and even worst to arrange the corner side of those two main street ?!!
