Stadt Munchen Hotel

A bit old atmosphere, but for the rest a nice hotel. Breakfast is very good. People are friendly. Location is perfect next to Altstad. Everything is walkable, but if you want a cheap Uber or a Lime step or bike are around the corner. Rooms are outdated, at least the one we were in. Bathroom very small, but shower nice and warm. Bed was good size, but also bit old. So I didn't have the best night sleep.

I booked this hotel in Booking and now I can't write a review there. Very bad and unpleasant experience in this hotel. Rude personal in the front desk. Even in the price the taxes and charges were included, when I arrived they charged me extra costs. I'm asking for reimbursement, but they only gave me their own email to raise a complaint. Very uncomfortable mattress and pillow was dirty. The room was not a room for a 4 stars hotel. Very tiny and old bathroom. The bathroom was so small that I couldn't brush my hair inside. No air conditioner, so I have to open the window and the door to have fresh air. The hotel is 10 min walking to the central station, by the way there are lot of homeless. I was in the second floor in a single bedroom, so try to avoid this floor if you decide to go there.

I used to go there, until they canceled my booking one week before my trip with explanation that owner changed,cant rate the staff, but the management …., dont book, this can happen even to you ,as i tried to find proof , even booking has deleted the masseges, as you can see,
