Price/performance ratio not justified We spent two weeks over Christmas and New Year's in townhouse No. 1 in Burg. The house is located on a paved street towards the harbor, which is well-traveled. The property is not fenced, so a dog always has to be on a leash when it comes to the door! Next to the house is a gravel parking lot, and the arrival and departure of users is clearly audible. The parking spaces aren't marked, so we returned in the evening and couldn't find a parking space because there were two vehicles from the neighboring house, so we had to ring the bell everywhere. One vehicle was then parked in a side street. This wouldn't have happened if the parking spaces had been marked. When we arrived, the house wasn't warm. However, the landlord felt he had to discuss it. So, ultimately, he tried to blame us for "someone" having changed the heating settings. Nobody cares; it has to be warm even in winter; that's not something to discuss. But they did check again, and the caretaker came along. Wood was brought in, and something was probably changed on the heating, because it did warm up. Heating via heat pump! The apartment itself is modernly furnished, an Ikea showroom. The kitchen is new and modern, but the furnishings are lacking: few water glasses, but plenty of champagne and wine glasses, no egg cups, no microwave, no egg cooker. The bathrooms are new and functionally equipped; only a makeup mirror would have been nice. A separate small room with a washer and dryer was great, so you could always wash your towels. Bed linens and towels were not included, nor were cleaning supplies. The rain shower in the bathrooms only works occasionally, and the water is very hard. The kettle was very hard. The location of the two rear houses is better.
