Rooms are good and big. Neat and clean. All things are perfect in that hotel . Many resturant options and Oxxo is near by. Only bad thing is check in is a little delayed. Maybe because of many people arrived. Rest all are perfect.
Outstanding value, cheerful and extremly helpful staff at reception, maintenance and management. A guest next door had a medical emergency and the hotel brought a doctor to his room who took care of the issue and all that was covered by the hotel. Great gymnasium. SMmart TV. Excellent internet connection. Refrigerator/ microwave..Free wash and dry machines, they even provide detergent, WOW.
I arrived past 3:00 pm, the room wasn't ready, the front desk attendant she was very nice and upgraded my room, unfortunately the room wasn't completely clean, the mirror was dirty, long different type the hairs everywhere, the carpets on the hallways were stained everywhere, the pet area need some love
