Stanford Hotel Seoul

We stayed here for 7 nights and it was a terrific hotel. Clean rooms which are made up every day. Staff are helpful and buffet breakfast is plentiful. We happened to be staying when the baseball team, the Tigers, were staying and it was fun to see so many people come to get autographs and photos with the players. We had a couple of nights in the city in between our nights at the Stanford, and they stored luggage for us during that time. One person in our group had left some clothing in the cupboard accidentally and it had been located and packaged for her when we returned. We'd not even realised it was missing! Great price for this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Stanford Hotel Seoul. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day in the city. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the breakfast buffet, it was incredibly diverse, offering a wide range of Korean and international dishes, all beautifully prepared and delicious. It was the perfect way to start each day. I highly recommend this hotel for its great facilities.

Dated business hotel - very warm rooms… I should’ve read the other reviews more closely. My room was also a constant 25.5 degrees C. No A/C (“because winter”) - I struggled to sleep every night because I was absolutely sweltering. The small window (max 10cm opening) regrettably didn’t help at all, and only brought it to 24.8 degrees C, plus gave a lot of noise. As I write this I just returned from breakfast and I am absolutely exhausted! Secondly, the WiFi isn’t ideal - bit choppy and my company’s Admin/firewall didn’t accept it, so had to still work on 4G. Only upside: very nice gym and pool.
