Very convenient hotel, with a view of the bay even in the “city view” rooms. The beds are soft, the WiFi is strong, the staff speaks English and is very helpful. We forgot something in the restaurant and they were immediately available to send it back
Nice medium size hotel in the Halong bay area. Located in the good spot by the main road, easy to access. It has everything we need to have a good stay. The staff is well trained with a good service mind.
No one person in reception in the night. I already request to make up the room in the morning but in the evening when i came back from outside, my room still same like in the morning. I dunno how about the management of this hotel. No aircon in the isle n in the reception. Not recommended 👎👎 better u book other hotel. Room so smell. Old hotel. The bathroom floor so slippery. Only one person can speak english in the reception. I dunno why just a bit people can speak english in this country. Even the taxi driver can not speak english.
