The rooms are comfortable and a nice size The location is a distance from central milan and not walking distance Outside my bedroom window was a group of people with a loud electronic music system drumming for hours. I did not sleep The reception staff said they cannot do anything about it. I've never rated a hotel this low and as a travel advisor I would not recommend it for the best experience
We stayed at this hotel in Milan for 10 nights with children, and unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing and upsetting from the very first moment. At check-in, after a long flight and with tired, crying kids, the front desk staff delayed the process unnecessarily. Despite our confirmed booking clearly stating that the executive room was for 1 adult and 1 child with a second infant staying free, the staff insisted the booking was invalid and treated us with confusion and no empathy. Only after we showed the booking confirmation did they proceed, without any apology or acknowledgment of their mistake. We had modest expectations for the room, but even basic cleanliness and hygiene standards were not met. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and we felt compelled to sanitize the room ourselves. However, what turned our stay into a nightmare was that we experienced theft from our room — not once, but twice. Two deeply personal and irreplaceable baby items — one is over 25 years old and emotionally significant — were stolen during the day while we were out. We had placed them clearly on the bed and returned to find them gone on two separate occasions. The hotel uses traditional room keys, which we found unsettling given how easily they could be accessed by staff. Even more shocking was discovering there are no CCTV cameras on the guest room floors, making it impossible to trace who entered our room. When we reported these incidents, the hotel management's response was cold, dismissive, and lacked any real accountability. Instead of addressing the seriousness of the theft, we were offered coffee or water as a form of "compensation" — a completely inappropriate and even insulting gesture. We’ve since involved the local authorities, as the hotel did not handle the situation with the gravity it deserved. I left this trip feeling violated, unsafe, and heartbroken, especially because the stolen items were meant to be passed down to my child. As someone who travels often, this has been the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I strongly advise families or anyone concerned about their safety and privacy to avoid staying at this hotel.
Absolutely Horrible Experience! This hotel was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed at – and I’ve traveled a lot. The staff were rude, arrogant, and downright hostile. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were being watched and judged constantly. We couldn’t even talk normally without getting glares or passive-aggressive comments. It was like being in some sort of prison rather than a vacation spot. There was absolutely no sense of privacy or comfort. The atmosphere was tense and unpleasant the entire time. On top of that, the hotel was far from clean – dirty bathrooms, stained sheets, and dust everywhere in the room that made it hard to sleep. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Avoid it at all costs – unless you enjoy being treated like a burden and sleeping in filth.
