Amazing staying here! Staff were always nice and helpful. Very knowledgeable and kind every time. Excellent room service and I really appreciated the pillow menu! The quality of bed was very good and the room size was absolutely perfect also considering the amount of luggage we had! Good the parking service. Always find fresh aromatic water and candies at the entrance was absolutely a sweet plus! The location was a nice combination between centre and a bit more quiet zone. I will come back for sure!

The staff were wonderful, cheerful and helpful. The location was perfect, just outside the beautiful park that leads to the town center. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and makes you feel as if you are royalty staying there. Our room was spacious and beautiful. We will definitely stay there on our next trip to Parma. Very positive addition to our trip.

Very spacious and charming room. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but that adds to the charm. Clean, tidy, and with good service. The hotel is well located – just a few minutes from a beautiful park and within short walking distance to the historic center. We really enjoyed our stay in Parma, and this hotel was in a perfect spot for exploring the city.
