Bruno helped us a lot. We were so exhausted when we arrived and he was so accommodating. Sometimes you just need someone to give you a break and do something extra. Not everyone will help you but, Bruno did. What a very pleasant young man! Very clean, modern hotel. Bed was so good. We had a family room with kitchenette. Only problem was that the tub was a little slow to drain. Everything else was great. Aldi is a 2-3 min walk. We bought water from there and restaurant across the street was lovely. Breakfast buffet was delicious and had many, many options. I would recommend if you want to travel to Milan by train from this hotel. Lots of families here. Economical and clean hotel with friendly staff.

Overall a good hotel. Breakfast can be better. I was staying in classic room. (It is missing Kettle but reception told me if I need hot water I can come down and get it from the bar) Rooms are clean and comes with everything. Gym Is available with basic equipment’s. Swimming pool is a bit on the smaller side. Location of the hotel is also good. Restaurant of the hotel is quite pricy and food quality & quantity wasn’t that great! Overall stay was comfortable. I paid on average €100 per night charge.

Overall, the experience I had with this hotel was okay/good. I went with family to do a Switzerland and Italy tour. The room I got was different from my relative's rooms in the same hotel. As of 2025, I think this area might be older? Room was in 300s floor. The walls were old, the metal had many stains, and the AC took several tries to come on. Service was pretty good, at one point a janitor/maid came to give us water bottles, and the lobby had a tray of free candy (yum). Location was in Milan, and since we are touring it was convenient to reach the other places like the designer outlet and the large Catholic church which we toured. The food was pretty good, and there were healthy options the day I stayed. Not many options in total, but good. Only other issue I had was bringing suitcases, because there were a lot of stairs on the floor (even with taking elevator) and it took some effort to carry the suitcases up. (I think there are two elevators for different zones though)
