Nice decent place. One of the modern hotels in Florence. Neat and clean rooms. Breakfast was the same everyday and didn’t have much of variations.

Nice and spacious hotel. Breakfast is delicious. Clean and nice employees except just one. He did help me open my suitcase because I lost the key to my lock when I was out and about but he repeatedly called me stupid in italian which was mean but hey at least he opened my suitcase!

We stayed in May 2025. Location is good for access to all the sites of Florence. It is only about 15 minutes walk to the galleries and town center. Close to Arno River and bus/train stations therefore some noise during the day. Rooms are small. We had a deluxe double and we had to walk sideways to get around the bed. Restaurant is just OK, but the bar and the barkeep Monjur was the best part of our stay. He is attentive, kind, and accommodating. Please see him while you're there! The desk staff is erratic, although the concierge was very helpful. I was surprised when they asked if I wanted to leave a gratuity for the housekeeping service when I checked out since this is very uncommon in Italy, especially since they only came twice in 4 days and we suspect some of my wife's makeup was stolen.
