We upgraded our room at a reasonable price, and it was clean, very comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to meet all our needs. The beds were comfortable, and having a balcony was a nice bonus. The staff were understanding and attentive. Breakfast could have been better. Being right next to Naples Central Station made transportation extremely convenient.

Perfect location right next to the railway station. All of the tours we were booked on collected from this location. Decent supermarket and restaurants nearby. We had a view of Vesuvius and it did not disappoint. (See photo taken from 5th floor).

My recent stay at your hotel from July 26–29, 2025, was deeply upsetting and completely unacceptable. What should have been a smooth check-out process at 4 a.m. on July 29th instead turned into a degrading and infuriating encounter that left both my friend and me feeling disrespected, profiled, and humiliated. Upon check-out, we were repeatedly interrogated by the front desk guy about whether we had used the minibar. We clearly stated multiple times that we had not. Instead of taking our word as guests, the staff member accused us of lying and insisted on inspecting the minibar in our room. Given that we were on a tight schedule to catch our international flight, this delay was both stressful and unnecessary...but we allowed the inspection because we had nothing to hide. My friend and I are both professional Asian American women in our early 40s. She is a middle school science teacher, and I am a university adjunct professor and business analyst. The way we were treated bore no respect for who we are as individuals...or as paying guests. As we attempted to leave while the minibar inspection began, we were confronted by another staff member...shorter, bigger than front desk guy, and far more aggressive guy...who angrily shouted at us, demanding that we could not leave until the first employee returned. His tone was hostile and intimidating. The entire exchange was not only inappropriate but felt dehumanizing, as though we were being treated like criminals over a minibar that we had not even touched. Once the inspection was completed and it was confirmed that nothing was missing, there was no apology from either staff member. Instead, one tried to casually ask about our travel plans...as though that would erase the offensive treatment we had just endured. You cannot disrespect guests and then expect a friendly conversation to smooth it over. This experience was appalling. If your staff is trained to treat guests this way over a minibar, your priorities are severely misplaced. Whether this was racial profiling, a lack of training, or both, it is absolutely inexcusable. No guest...especially not women traveling alone...should ever be treated this way. We will never return to this property, and we will certainly not recommend it to anyone else. What was meant to be a relaxing end to a beautiful trip was instead soured by an experience that left us shocked, angered, and deeply disappointed.
