We stayed for one night bed and breakfast, we also had our evening meal here. The room was suitable and the beds very comfortable. We are a family of four and the room although smallish was well laid out. The breakfast was good and the evening meal good as well (20% off if you book direct with the hotel) The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. All in all a great experience for a cheap and cheerful hotel. No complaints

The room was perfect and met all of my needs. It was well appointed and clean. Having the bath after the long flight was a god send. The breakfast in the morning was perfect. The only issue with breakfast was the Toaster. That needs to be thrown in the bin. It easily took me 5 minutes to make some toast. It was so so slow. Everything else was great.

If we come this way again, we will definitely stay here. The welcome we received from Jess was second to none, very friendly and helpful, with more than a touch of humour! The room was good, typical of its type; the bed was exceptionally comfortable and the quality of the refreshments was above the normal standard. Dinner and breakfast were both very good, reasonable value for money. I would not hesitate in recommending an evening meal at Starling Cloud, so overall, a really good experience. Thank you to all the staff, particularly Jess and the gentleman who was on breakfast duty on the Saturday morning (sorry, I did not catch his name).
