Incredible hotel. Wonderful staff. They will help you with whatever you need. Shuttle service available on week days - no additional cost. Beautiful setting. Practically on the campus of the University of Lausanne (one of the top 100 universities of the world).
The most helpful and kind team of people that I have ever experience in a hotel. The hotel manager currently drove me to the exhibition because it was raining. The hotel is adjacent to the main bus routes between the train station and the city centre and buses are almost continuous. The food was excellent, and the staff just incredibly brilliant. I definitely recommend.
Nice hotel and depending on your room location, a fantastic view of the mountains.
