The hotel is great! I wanna specially thank Mr Dino that he has provided the professional and excellent customer service. My son was unwell during the midnight. He has shown his excellent customer service to assist me to get the medicine for my son. I really appreciated for his help and the hospitality of hotel. Strongly recommend this hotel for sure!

Tried their hotel buffet and it was a pleasant experience There was a diverse selection of food to choose from and they were very tasty The waiters also refill the food very quickly The western selection of food was tasty The notable stand outs are the murtabak, Aglio Olio and the mini pizza All in all, a good time well spent

Stayed here a single night as an airline compensation after failing to catch an outbound connecting flight. This hotel is pretty decent (as a business hotel) such that: - the room was spacious and well cleaned despite dated, - bath water pressure was acceptable, with more hotter water than cooler ones, - air conditioning system was functioning perfectly, - breakfast was minimally enjoyable and fulfilling, - 2 penthouse rooms on the highest floors, - an accessible swimming pool outside of hotel rooms, - averagely usable wireless network connection (~10Mbps download). However, some drawbacks were addressed in personal opinion such as: - sound insulation wasn’t good so other guests going in and out could be heard in the room, - the splashing water at the swimming pool was somewhat disturbing since 7am till 11am, - the location wasn’t preferable since there’s quite some distance from the airport and city centre, - wireless network connection wasn’t unified (i.e. different routers for guest rooms and lobby) however, several rooms uses one router in which minimises latency problems. In summary, this hotel is suitable for day outs night stays since there aren’t much in-site facilities provided.
