Front desk was great in giving information about surrounding area. Room was suitable for its price, clean and in working condition of lights, AC. Fantastic shower heads, strong pressure and fast-response with temperature change.
The hotel is quite far from the public transportation, and the staff aren't that much accommodating. However, the hotel room is quite nice and I had a nice sleep as it is quiet. The free bread in the morning is also good.
1k deposit uopn check in is not acceptable as room is empty of things needed, no toothbrush, no tea or coffee, no slipper and no extra towels. Aircon is hot and television is not working properly thats why after 1 hoyr stay in the room i need to call them to change my room to other room as its too hot. sheets are really not so clean and towels are seems not sterilized. reception is helpful though. im open to any complimentary for another chance to stay for a better experience to stay.
